Secondary School
Shinagawa International School (SIS) in Tokyo now is an IB Middle Years Programme (Grades 6-10) candidate school* implementing the MYP curriculum framework. MYP is a continuum of the IB Primary Years Programme and enables students to further develop the skills, knowledge, and attributes they start to acquire in primary school.
*Only schools authorized by the IB Organization can offer any of its four academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme (DP), or the Career-related Programme (CP). Candidate status gives no guarantee that authorization will be granted.

SIS Secondary School Campus is located nearby Shinagawa Seaside/Aomonoyokochou Stations and offers classes of Grades 6 to 10 by the 2022-2023 Academic Year. Each year, SIS will add an additional grade level to allow all children to continue their education at our new campus.
