Shinagawa International School in Tokyo (SIS Tokyo) generally collects personal data through the SIS website (Admissions, Employment, etc), application forms on the SIS website, Google Classroom, Google Forms, surveys, and/or other channels (including in the course of an individual’s interaction with SIS, including as a participant in various activities associated with delivering the purpose, mission and vision of SIS and its related entities or affiliates).
Personal data provided by you to SIS is used for the school to perform its administrative, education, academic and research functions, and for other directly related purposes.
Where consent for the use and disclosure of personal information is required, the school will seek consent from the appropriate person. In the case of a student’s personal information, the school will seek the consent from the student and/ or parent depending on the circumstances and the student’s mental ability and maturity to understand the consequences of the proposed use and disclosure.

We use this information to diagnose problems with our server and in conjunction with the Google Analytics website statistics package to analyze trends in how our website is accessed and utilized.

We take every precaution to protect our users’ personal information.
