G4 and G5 went on a field trip to the Mori Art Museum last week. They were astounded by how cool the art was.
The celebrations for Literacy Week 2019 have shown the children of SIS the true joy and value of reading, writing, listening and speaking.
We had an amazing Year End Performance 2019. Once more again our students and teachers all have proved and showed how talented they are.
In the spirit of discovery, we had Science Week, from May 27th to the 31st. It was interactive, engaging and educational. Our theme, this year, was water.
Sports Day, held on May 25, 2019, provided the children with an opportunity to get outdoors, experience team work, compete and exercise.
International Children’s Day 2019 has always been a calling card for our school to show off our units of inquiry to our local community.
This year, our students did a great job again throughout the Celebration of Learning April 2019. Grade 5/6 started the COL with singing the Let it be song.
Shinagawa International School Grade 3 students and Ms Lauren visited ‘Aomonoyoukocho Ehon Nursery School` and did a reading Exchange Activity with them.
Today was Japanese Culture Day at SIS and everyone got to participate in some great Japanese activities and appreciate the country that we all live in.
